Phase 01
We source raw fleece from the high plateaus of New Zealand and the Himalayas. Fibers are hand-carded and spun on traditional Charkhas to preserve natural elasticity and oils.
Phase 02
Yarns are submerged in heated copper cauldrons with pomegranate rind, indigo leaf, madder root, and walnut bark to create saturated colors that mature gracefully over centuries.
Phase 03
Every single knot is tied by hand following intricate Talim design graphs. A single 9x12 ft master carpet contains over 1.2 million knots tied by skilled artisans.
Phase 04
Washed in mountain water with natural herbal cleansers, hand-sheared with precision curved shears for 3D pile depth, and sun-dried in the open air to settle the fibers.
